I love this picture. The expression on both of your faces, says it all. Neither of you knew what the other was doing. You have so much of your Abah in you, right down to the toes (yes hehehe). You both have this habit of curling your toes in and tucking it under your big toe!

Sleepless in BA

Eleanor, last night was another sleepless night for mummy and abah. You decided you wanted to play at 3am and again at 5am! Counting your fingers, giggling away and talking. Tried to ignore you hoping you would go back to sleep but as usual your abah thought otherwise. He decided to entertain you. Baby no rush, you don't have to start counting or talking anytime soon. Would not even mind if you stayed a baby for a little longer. We just love looking at you in the mornings, you busy counting your fingers or talking to them. Quietly in your own little world, until you realize that we are watching, you give us one of your sweetest smile, waiting for us to pick you up. You are growing too fast baby. Got your pictures printed out yesterday and oh my.....how much you have grown!

Reanna Eleanor Boult Binti Azlan was born on Wednesday, February 15 2006 at 2.10am. A 2.72kg healthy baby! It was a really easy delivery. No fuss at all.

Yes, we have settled the name issue. A little long but hey why not ;-)

Learning to cook!! I mean really cook from scratch and not just the warming up kind of cooking. Hopefully I can cook up something eatable without burning down the kitchen hehe Maybe some nice new shinny pots would help. Will go looking for them over the weekend.

Baby, coming up to 5 months next week. And I can still fit into my work clothes ;-)

Having sleepless nights. Starting to worry over everything from the nitty gritty to the silliest. Would I be a good mother? Would I be like my mother? Would I be overly protective? Or would I be too easy with you? Would I be able to cope? Would you be ok? Why can’t I feel you move? Am I eating right for you? Do I have enough rest? Why is my tummy still considerably small? Are you growing properly?! Even got Azlan to promise me the silliest thing. Poor baby, your dad is going through a rough time himself. With all the adjustment, and coping with me and all. He has his moments.

1st day of Ramadan 1426

First day of the fasting month. First time as a wife as well as a mother-to-be :-) And for the first time will not be fasting for the whole month. Found out that Azlan is not fussy after all. Or he is taking it easy on me.....for now?! Hmmmm.........

So far no major cravings or anything like that. No morning or evening sickness either, don't know what that feels like. No backache even, maybe in the next couple of months or so ya.

Got a few names lined up. Azlan picked a name too........and yes it has something to do with cars! A name associated to the GT350 Cobra Mustang to be exact.

Don't worry have not gone out and splurge on anything pink yet. Will wait till after the 19th to really confirm.

Baby, 4 months + now. And I am getting both worried and excited at the same time..if that is possible.

Watching Stomp tonight at Istana Budaya. It's this musical group that makes music with just about anything and everything. Not that Azlan wants to go, says it's not his kind of music, we will just wait and see...I have a feeling that he is going to enjoy it :-)
